    That was my answer! Herbal tea! You say your not feeling well? What is wrong?
    Where do you feel bad at? Have you tried meditating? It will relax you.......Prayer
    and meditation seems to help me a lot........cyndi

      Try to relax as much as possible and you may try reading a good book or listening to soft music or a herbal tea drink,such as sleepytyme, chamomile....good Luck and hope you feel better
