My cat is in the littler box a lot. He seems to go from constipation to diarrhea and lack of urination. He is in the cat box every ten minutes. I catch him trying to go other places also and this is very unusual for him.

Your cat seems to be going through some serious digestive problems. It is eating something that it is not able to digest on a regular basis. Maybe it is something it eats outside if it's not something you are feeding him. I suggest you consult a vet to get appropriate medicine for the little fellow.

If the cat has worms you would see it in its stool,i would check,and take cat to vet
