    "FOIL" is an acronym for
    First    (f+_)(f+_)
    Outer    (o+_)(_+o)
    Inner    (_+i)(i+_)
    Last    (_+L)(_+L)
It refers to components of binomials being multiplied.

You have a trinomial multiplied by a binomial, so there are six intermediate products, not four. FOIL will only get you in trouble. Just use the distributive property.
    (2x -1)(2x2 -3x +2) = 2x(2x2 -3x +2) -1(2x2 -3x +2)
      = (2x)(2x2) + (2x)(-3x) + (2x)(2)  +  (-1)(2x2) + (-1)(-3x) + (-1)(2)
      = 4x3 -6x2 +4x -2x2 +3x -2
      = 4x3 -8x2 +7x -2
