Many different things in life cause stress as I've grown to become used to it I actually make fun of it and laugh at myself if I do become that way as when you take yourself out of the partivular issue which is creating the stress for you and look why is this making me "anxious",fear also is a huge creator of stress but to make it funny I have a poster which says"stress,The confussion created when one's mind over rides the body's basic desire to choke the living shit out of some asshole who desperately deserves it"....quite simply stress is natural it is how we deal with it thats could turn it into a severe mental health issue,like Agraphia etc

It can be caused by the amount of work you have to do,or the amount of time you have to complete a a mount of work.
It can also be caused by people fighting and not relaxing or even the problem of to people fighting over there thoughts of each other.

There are many factors that causes stress factors like a busy environment that you were into. Or sometimes you can have stress when you worked overnight. Or sometimes you can get stress in your school while you study a lot. These are the factors that causes some stress. If you wanted to feel better and don't want to get some stress you needed to relax a little bit. Don't worry too much drink a lot of water breath in and breath out. Hope this helps you out.
