Can You Work As A Bartender In Florida If You Have A DUI Conviction?

Honestly, it all depends on the bar, pub or club that is hiring you as a bartender. If they are strict about a DUI; then you would not be able to work there with this on your record. However, most owners of clubs and/or bars, normally would be more apt not to hire a person as a bartender if you in fact had a DUI due to the environment and the possibilities that you would or could eventually get back into drinking more heavily working there. It's really up to the person that is hiring you or considering you for a bartender's position.
