Ive tried in the past to get a Federal Grant and they stated they needed an account number. After 911 they stated not to give out that information, but state agencies say they need it for you to get any kind of assistance why is that?

Go through the smaller townships that you live in and near, and people i know are getting them at the twp. Levels were noone thinks to go, to they thought;haha. Good-luck

After 9/11, the world has changed dramatically. There are many new policies introduced and there are many policies amended. Many states made certain things very strict. For example, the visa policies and procedures have been changed.Similarly it is hard now to apply for Government Grants because there are many new requirements to apply for Govt Grant.
