No. Not unless you rinse your feet with clean water and dry them weell. Keep feet as dry as possible. Wear cotton socks if you can find them, and change them often.. (more absorbant). The more often you go barefoot, the better. Wear sandals if at all possible. Athlete's Foot is repelled sun, air and dryness. Barefoot in the sun is even better! Athletes Foot is caused by several bugs but the most common is a simple fungus infection. If the above does not work then ask the pharmacist to direct you towards a medication for athlete's foot. There are lots and it makes sense to buy the cheapest. You can buy the cheapest because if you look at the label, most of them have the same active ingredient in the same concentration.
