As long as it was tied, yes it'll be easy for you to get pregnant..if they were cut tied and cauterized..you can try to have it reversed, but the chances of conception are slim.

I had a tubal and mine was cut, tied and everything they told me if I tried to reverse it eventually I could not it would be very hard to do. 10 yrs later I had it undone had gastric bypass surgery and found that getting pregnant was very easy to do but carrying full term was tough. After 1 miscarriage I finally had a beautiful baby girl and completed the family. So it can be done but it depends on who does the procedure.
