How I Can Have Good Stamina Just Like Soccer Player ?

    Good stamina can be obtained by exercises that work both the cardiovasular system, the heart and lungs and the muscles in the legs.

    Running for long periods can help, something I believe is called fartlekking, where you run over long distance but do intermittent sprints can also provide you with the type of stamina that helps a soccer/football player.  Now whether you run on track, grass or treadmill or whether you want to choose a non-impact machine like a cross trainer is up to you, but whatever you do to make your stamina better, it's important to take care of the body at the same time.

    Eating well and eating and drinking the right kind of food and drink is very important, cutting out soft drinks (with carbonated water) and alcohol will help your overall fitness.

    Learning to work at low intensity over a long periods would be your first move, building up the fartlekking as you get stronger and build your stamina up.
