What Is The Difference Between Global,static And Local Variables?

Global variables can be accessed from anywhere in the function. It is accessed by all functions. In the case of local variables it can be accessed by only the local functions . It is hidden from the outside functions. Static variables are much similar to local variables , but their lifetime in the program remains until the end of the program.
