Sounds like my sinus headaches.  That's where they are, and yep--- they can really ache.  You could be starting to get congested as well.  Tylenol works for me.

Foot injuries take a LONG time to heal.  Thats just how it is.  Your feet and legs take a lot of stress and punishment so they need to be fully healed and that takes time.  If you over use when your muscles and tendons are still weak theres a near guarantee youll re-injur.

Stay off of it.....being impossible, use a set of crutches so you don't put pressure on your foot. You may need to see a podiatrist, they may give you a walking boot that may help you.

If you are walking on it at all it could take months to heal  Sprains heal slowly.  Stay off it, no weight on it, take anti-inflamatories, do hot/cold compresses as the doctor prescribed
