I love Calphalon.  I started with 5 pieces about 2 years ago and now I must have 12 to 14 pieces now. 

None, honestly. Nonstick cookware stinks - I only own one skillet, mostly for eggs.  And when buying nonstick make sure you don't buy Teflon- it can actually come off in the food over time and is a carcinogen.
