You're stripping all the natural oils from your hair, nobody needs to wash their hair 2 to 3 times a day. Use a shampoo without SLS it's gentler and at the very most wash it once a day, if it's sticking up then try a conditioner.
I don't like to wear too much; just a slight hint of make-up and I'm good.
