I know some men (and even some women) start losing their hair at different ages, and some of them quite early on, but why would someone's hair start turning gray as early as age 19? Is getting gray hair also like hair loss?

I'm 25 and I have a few grey hairs around my head, especially in my beard/gotee (not exacly sure the term). My hairline has thinned a bit, as well. Personally, the gray hair doesn't bother me all that much.
