1 month ago a man punched my face. Much swelling on left cheek. I didn't ice it as much as I should've. Swelling is reduced but still there. Will my face ever return exactly back to the way it was before being punched? Will icing it now still help?

I agree with Aux Arcs, but also it can take up to a year for an injury like that to reach normal levels to match around the rest of the face.

If its STILL swollen after a month then you likely have a cracked/broken bone.  Eventually the swelling will decrease but the bone will have to mend first.  You may want to get an xray to make sure the bone wasnt deformed in a way that threatens your eye and needs resetting.
