Why should it be illegal? It doesn't pose a danger to anyone? I'm not a big supporter of gambling but I'm also not a supporter of government acting patronizing and over bearing, outlawing non-dangerous human adult choices. No. You can't legislate common sense. It would be outright injustice to the greater number who enjoy gambling sensibly and those who earn paychecks working in casinos. Not to mention that the legal gambling industry contributes to local tax revenue, and tourism business.
