I agree with Matt. Don't lump YOUR encounters with EVERY MAN! I have been with my husband 20 years now and he treats me like his number one...... That means anyone else is second and beyond!

Besides you get treated ONLY how YOU allow yourself to be treated!

I might argue with him on a couple of points -- the "God" bit being the biggest sticker -- but he was certainly right that a celebration of a loved one's  life is far preferable than focusing on their death.
