If spirits have a species and a gender and most likely a race attached to them, do they also have a weight and a physical body type associated with them? (Would it be weird for them to come back another time in a different body type?)

The answer that would benefit you would have to come from what you would accept as an authority on the matter. I accept the bible and it does not refer to male and female spirits, and it does not give them a physical body.
