Why ? Just buy from another site. I've never heard of anyone being blocked from buying on a website. Sounds like you did something seriously wrong. You should get that taken care of before you do anything else.

Perhaps before you try "fooling" or "lying" to try and get away with whatever you did wrong in the first place (hence being BLOCKED), you could work on your personal integrity.
