Only in a bad movie. Cancer is, after all, just cells. When someone dies, so do all the cells in the body die.

I had sex for the first time 5 days prior to and leading up to my period (unprotected), and he pulled out. I got my period for maybe a day and a half, and then it completely stopped can I be pregnant?

There is always a possibility, in this case very slim. You used protection and you got your period. I'm not a doctor but I am 99% sure you are not pregnant.
