I have fairly yellow teeth with some darker staining on the upper part of my teeth and I was wondering if there is any way I could at least make my teeth whiter and hide these dark spot stains so that way my teeth at least look "normal"?

First off, if you haven't been to a dentist in the past year, you need to go get your annual cleaning done. They might be able to whiten and clean your teeth up a bit for you.  You can also ask what they would recommend. After all, that's their business!
