I am an importer of agricultural products, how can i make sure that the exporter sends me my desired product? How can I take any measures needed if they cheat ?

The question is why would they cheat you. We all know how powerful social media is today and if you create a negative buzz about them, that is a bad review and people who are planning to transact with them would surely think twice before doing so. Bad review equals bad reputation.
