my dad got a new gf, but she was allergic to my cats. so I had to sell them, how do I calm myself down? 

I'm so sorry you were forced to part with your cats because of your dad's girlfriend.  Your dad was wrong to make you do this, as a parent his first concern should be you.  He's got his priorities all wrong.

I hope you were able to find good homes for your pets.
