Technically ... If an American citizen doesn't have a valid FEDERAL-accepted form of ID, they can't enter the US. (Nor can they even travel by air within the US.)

Salem witch trials, It was extreme. They killed who ever they felt like if anyone said the "W" word, It was the old version on the "B" word that you cannot say in an airport.
