Do the people who don't know everything that there is to know about certain subjects and situations think that those who do know more than they do DON'T know that the less knowledgeable people don't know everything that there is to know about whatever it is?

Sometimes. I am proficient in DNS, web hosting and web design. I speak to alot of people who do not understand how these things work. Every so often I will talk with someone who will immediately start with saying "Just so you know, im no techy". lol. So yes, I think so.
