I'm a little ahead of the timezone here, but happy weekend! (And I know some of you are on permanent weekend!) First G&T sipped (I'm in England gotta be done), but what's your favourite speedy supper to rustle up before a relaxing evening?

Actually, an "unassuming" Chianti, a loaf of homemade garlic bread, and pasta.

(I do not always get around to making the pasta.)

Happy weekend.  Pasta is always a favorite at our house.  I recently discovered "Pull Apart Garlic Bread."  It's a great side.
