There are some really strict child labor laws in the United States, but of course there's always going to be dirt bags that find their way around the child labor laws.
The US has pretty strict laws on underage workers. I do think there should be laws world wide, but, who's going to enforce them, and how? Let's invade North Korea or China to stop child labor abuse, I don't think that's going to happen. The only road we have is education and example.
