The current version of the bible we have today was assembled soon after the Council of Nicea in 325 CE. 4 Gospels were chosen from the 2 dozen or so floating around during the period. Have these chosen Gospels remained unchanged?

The current version of the bible we have today was assembled soon after the Council of Nicea in 325 CE. 4 Gospels were chosen from the 2 dozen or so floating around during the period. Have these chosen Gospels remained unchanged?

What I am asking is if they have been embellished or added to, not mistranslation or mistakes. Nor do I mean has the implied story changed.
