i am buying a wallet as a gift for a friend. i dont like having credit card pockets empty. but, i don't want to spend too much money. do any stores sell plastic cards the size of a credit card? thx

Um, just no. Buy the nice wallet, go to the bank and get a bunch of $2 bills. Fold those really nicely so they fit in the little pockets. Wrap it up real nice and give your friend a very nice surprise!
