Either parent at home would be nice. The world today is requiring two working parents just to fall into the slightly above poverty line.

If it is possible for the mom to stay home, I think it gives a child a sense of security. I am always a "yes" to this question.

Yes, preferably before they turn 3 so they have sense of love and security.
