A friend apologizes a lot. She apologized for something me & I said not to apologize for everything. She said sorry again. I snapped & scratched her.How can I stop?
Edit: I have resolved things with the girl, and she is helping me work through my anger issues.

DANG! Please keep your finger nails AWAY from me!!!!! I have been known to thank some one obsessively and say I am sorry obsessively also. I always just thought I was polite! You need professional help!

Casey, you must learn how to keep your hands to yourself when you have a disagreement with someone, as the next time you snap, the other person might find themselves slapping you back. There is absolutely no reason for you to put hands on someone else.
