The term “Filipinisms” is something what we can’t call “proudly Pinoy” or consider as a plus factor in experiencing “more fun in the Philippines”.

There are a number of different word processing applications. One of the most widely used ones is Word, which is part of Microsoft Office. Another widely used one is WordPerfect by the Corel Corporation. A third one is Writer, which is part of OpenOffice by Apache.

There are lots of word processing softwares. The most popular and commercial ones are Microsoft Word and Apple Pages.

Although there are lot of open source word processors too like LibreOffice Writer, OpenOffice Writer, Calligra Words and AbiWord. Kingsoft writer is also good although it is not open source.
