What is the actual difference (in aim, service and scope) between the city Hospital Emergency Rooms and the new Urgent Care Centers popping up all over town? When do you use one and when do you use the other? It seems that people are currently recommending patients use the Urgent Care Centers, but I don't think that they can actually treat real emergencies. Or can they?

I think many people go to hospital emergency rooms for many things that are not real emergencies.. Broken limbs for example. An Urgent care centre can easily fix minor problems (re set your broken arm and put it in a cast) and diagnose real emergencies, and send them to the hospital emergency room. This leaves … Read more

"Australia's oldest man knits sweaters for penguins." Are these wild penguins? I can't imagine them going for a swim with a shirt on.

That's the knit for nature program, in the event of an oil spill the penguins are caught and cleaned, the sweater stop the Penguins from ingesting any oils when they preen themselves, the sweaters are removed before they are released back into the wild.
