How often do u have sad days. Where u feel so down, negative and tired?

I'm very lucky to be "hard wired" for a positive outlook. But when a tragic event occurs, I'll feel profound sadness. Even after I have accepted the situation, out of the blue a reminder can bring back deep feelings of loss.

In general, I'm Happy. I'm grateful for that.

What's your go-to treat from the ice cream truck? Drumstick, push up pop, fudgesicle, creamsicle, sundae cups, crunch bar, fiecracker, ice cream sandwich, snow cone, other?

I always liked the push-up pops but I havnt seen the icecream truck for a long time it doesn't exist anymore :(((((
