Why do map packs appear on one PS3 account and not the other? How do I solve this because I created a new account and I can't find any of the map packs however I can find them on my old account? How do I make them appear on my new account?

I feel like I've answered this question already. Anyhow, just in case you are a different person, when you create a new account, that account is a fresh start with no added information.
