I don't know if it's a fear or borderline OCD--I'm terrified of being "that guy who smells". I take at least two showers a day. I brush my teeth 3-4 times a day. I put on a ton of deodorant a couple of times a day.

I don't really think i have any huge irrational fears.. But a bunch of small, normal ones, i guess. One being losing all my friends or them all hating me.
