What is the meaning of biblical Psalm 119? What is it about? It's in sections and there's Hebrew in my bible (characters and titles) and I don't know what the Hebrew means.

It's the prayer of one who delights in and lives by the Torah.
The Hebrew, Ashrei temimei derech" translates to 'happy are those whose way is perfect'.
