I had issues with slugs last year in my garden. I've begun feeding birds this winter, if I continue through the summer will the birds help me with my slug problem?

Here in the UK, slugs are typically eaten by Blackbirds, Thrushes and Starlings. If you are lucky enough to have wild duck visiting your garden, then they are particularly voracious gastropod eaters.
