How is profanity in film judged (for MPAA ratings and Parental Advisory labels)? Which is considered the worse offense: Foul Language or Nudity and/or Sex Scenes? And where does Violence fall on that scale (closer to which one)?

Basically , all these qualify the same but depends on how much of which one is in a film depends on the rating it gets. Brief nudity doesn't qualify for an X-rating like hard sex, and Violence depends on blood content and persons involved so Film Critics rate as they see it
