No, but mental health issues can make a person want to stay home, can't get out of bed, hard to leave your home and have issues with school.

If you're having mental health issues immediately inform your parents and/or school counselor.

Never pretend you have mental health issues just to stay home from school.

There are occasions where a doctor can and will write you an excuse to miss school for a mental problem which may temporarily incapacitate you for school attendance and work.
