Well, my 3 favorites tend to cycle.

Italian style pasta dishes, Tex-Mex, and Pizza (which, even if the Roman soldiers made it in the fields, is still a distinct category for me).

But gustatorially I am a "citizen of the world" and no food is really foreign to me.

It's sort of a distraction for me and also drowns out the reality that I was living in. The bad part is that the music has to stop eventually.
