How do I get a guy to hang out with me more? He isn't really interested in anything, just stays in his dorm room so anytime I ask him to hang he always turns me down. I should probably just forget about him and move on?

Don't be that girl who waits around for some guy who isn't interested ! Desperation doesn't have a nice smell and you're better than that aye ? :) you should smell like vanilla instead then :)
