an opinion  is what someone believes to where a view is how someone sees something .

Opinion = How you feel about something

(Eg. You might feel something is offensive or intruiging)

View = How you see something

(Eg. You might see something as a fight when it might or might not be)

It depends on context. View and Opinion are the same, if you are talking about whether you agree or disagree or feel differently about a certain subject; but if by view you mean what you see, then it is different than opinion.
