my dog is part pekingese and part japanese chin and she does snore, not loudly or annyingly. She's sleeping right now and i can hear her snoring away.

Oh Geez ! Hunter snores like no tomorrow ! Couple of times he's gotten up in bed with me and snored so loud, I had to go sleep in another bedroom ! He's a pro ! But then again, he might do it on purpose to get the whole bed.
