Apparently she chooses not to understand what he is saying. His ignoring her (by deleting her texts) isn't getting through to her. What makes you think his telling her to stop will help? If he's already ignoring her then you don't need to worry about it. I think you should tell him to block her.

I don't have any eating disorders and I am definitely not pregnant.
