I want A dog for my birthday but my parents say we don't have enough space and I want this one dog but in a year we are moving to somewhere more country and like I said earlier I want one this one dog?

well dogs cost money u have flea and worm medication and parvo shots and food. Maybe when u move out to the country your parents will let you have one. But u will have to do side jobs to take it to the vet.

I am a dog lover and have always had dogs. The problem you have is thus is your parents home.  If they say no dog,  once you live on your own home you are free to make those kind of decisions for yourself.
