How can I improve my confidence when facing women I've been told by many people that i am very social and my personality is really nice and likable but each time I face my other gender my tongue gets wrapped and my mind thinks slowly?

Try to relax. Continue being yourself. That is who others are drawn to. When we try to be someone we're not, that is where problems come in.  The bible speaks of a person putting on airs as someone not to be trusted. Be yourself and you should be fine

I just like to see a guy being themselves instead of cocky and over confident. I say just relax and be yourself. Take a deep breath and clear your mind before talking to her.
