I'm weirded out. I had a dream the other night about my ex sister-in-law and I being in a relationship. Tonight when I talked to her about her picking up my niece she said she loved me before I got off the phone. How do I handle this?

Look at her with different eyes, look at her not as your ex sister in law but as a woman. Then you'll determine your feelings.

My first thought is she said she loves you ... Because of how you are still friends.  Since you don't say what her relation is with the rest of your family.
