My boyfriends sister is handicapped and doctors say she has the mind of a six year old (she is really 21 though). What are some good Xmas gifts I can buy her? I would feel bad if I got her something that made her feel different from others.

ask her what some of her interests are.. And get her a gift around that but don't let her know why you're asking what her interests are.
