I don't know what to do to fix it or even if it can be fixed. I do however know what to do to prevent it from happening again to you. Store the bowl of the bird bath upside down and wrapped in plastic in a storage shead, on your porch, under an auning. What causes the crack is water in the small cracks in the bowl expanding when the water freezes causing it to break.
